I hope everyone is doing well and that the new moon energies treated you kindly. Last week was pretty exhausting, but I'm pretty sure that was more to do with the energies than physical/mental activity. It was a challenge falling asleep at night, and there were a few nights when I unexpectedly woke up for no apparent reason. I'd wake up feeling super tired, too, so I hope everyone else had an easier time with it. If you want to learn more about the recent new moon, feel free to check out the following videos:
I was so tempted to go back to sleep on Monday morning; I was feeling so groggy and lethargic. I would have if the boys' dogs hadn't been waiting for me to feed them and let them out. As such, I got myself out of bed because it would have been cruel to Pearl and Theo. My dream recall was super fuzzy, but I think there was something about travel and maybe like a quest or mission. Specific details were elusive, though. Tuesday morning was kind of rough, too; I almost fell back asleep, and my dream recall was veiled in a thick haze.
An intense thunderstorm woke me up in the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday, which left me even more tired than usual. My dream seemed to involve travel or a journey of some sort. I remember wanting to pack a backpack with supplies of some sort while the others just up and left. There was a snowstorm at some point. Sesshomaru might have been there. There was also some form of school or education. The class was leaving for some kind of transition or drill, but something was going on, so they were trying to keep it on the downlow. They ended up going some secret passageway and keeping it a secret from the teacher. There was something else about some YouTube short getting 10,000 views. More happened, but the rest of the details are too muddled to make out clearly.
I couldn't remember much from my dream when I woke up Thursday morning. There was something involving school/education. I think I was hired on to be a personal tutor for the boys during the school day. Some school staff member had been commenting on how great it was that I was self-sufficient and found my own things to do rather than waiting for the school to tell me what to do. More happened, but I couldn't remember anything else.
I was groggy when I woke up Friday morning and quite tempted to go back to sleep. My dream had been all over the place, too. It seemed to start off at some kind of airport. There was some kind of crystal shop there. Russell Brand was working there, and they were having some kind of special deal. I got three crystals, and Russell Brand wrapped them up nicely for me. There were a bunch of people at the airport, and most of them seemed to be students preparing to go to college. There were people making a big deal about it, announcing scholarships and accomplishments.
The dream seemed to transition to this zoo that seemed to be crossed with a children's museum or indoor playground. My younger brother and his wife were there. They seemed to be staying at the zoo. There was exploration of exhibits and play equipment. It also seemed to be some kind of amusement park. I think my dad said something about going to one more thing before going home. My youngest brother wanted to go on some kind of spinning ride after we passed up the train. Someone had stolen my shoes. There was something about working for some kind of child care program and a coworker handing me notes I didn't understand. The police seemed to have the area under some kind of lock down as some kind of culprit was thought to be in the area. There was something about walking outside, and the police having the area surrounded in hopes of finding them. They got some info radioed in. They seemed to have found them. More might have happened, but that's all I could remember.
I was still rather sleepy and lethargic when I woke up Saturday morning. My dream recall was hazy. The main thing I could remember was creating/editing videos, but I'm sure more happened. Otherwise, I drew a blank when it came to specific details. It was another early morning wakeup to take care of the dogs this morning, but since the boys and their parents are returning this evening, I won't have to wake up nearly so early anymore. Super grateful for that. My dream recall was pretty fuzzy. There seemed to be some kind of editing/compilation part, and something about traveling down a street. Another part of the dream involved these mice/rats that seemed to be somewhat inspired by Ratatouille. It might have been a game. The mice had been collecting these coins to pay for something (I think it was the month's rent). The one got fed up with things while the other seemed kind of brainwashed with the status quo, claiming to be excited that they have to start all the way over each month. There was something about mice traps and this pair of cats that was lurking and trying to catch them. The rodents were unaware of the cats hiding in the shadows and how they were creeping closer and getting really close to being right on top of them. More likely occurred, but that's all I could remember.
It was a pretty chill week of pet sitting. Theo and Pearl were excited to hang out with me while their family was away. It was nice to be able to hang out with them, although waking up super early to meet their morning routine was a bit challenging and not my preference. It would have been easier if I could sleep in on the weekend, but I'll be able to do that next weekend.
Tsuki was excited to hangout with me this week; despite me being away for pet sitting, I was still home more than I had the last week, helping the boys get ahead of schedule for their online classes. She enjoyed plenty of cat naps and lounging on both her chair and the window shelf. Plus, she had fun sprawling out across the chairs and chilling in her cat house. It was a pretty lethargic week for Tsuki, and I was feeling the sleepy vibes, too. Thankfully, there wasn't anything all that demanding on the agenda this week.

I continued writing more new content for Creativity Chronicles this week, and I also continued to create YouTube shorts, receiving almost 100,000 views for one of them! Feel free to check out the newest articles and shorts!

Make sure to have fun, explore, experiment, and follow your passions. Life's too short to toil away on things you can't stand. Don't just "kill" time because when you do, time is "killing" you. Time is a priceless gift, and you won't get a refund if you decide you dislike how you spent it. Use it wisely and make the most of each precious moment. It's fine to continue a job that isn't your preference short-term if it will provide you the peace of mind to follow your dreams. The main thing is that you don't put your entire life on hold, constantly waiting for the "perfect" time. There is no "perfect timing," so choose to start. It's a process and a journey, so you don't need to have all the answers now. Starting is half the battle, so choose to act and change your life to make it one of joy, love, fun, and laughter. You're the author of your story, after all, so start taking steps to make it happen! You've got this! Have a phenomenal weekend and stay blessed with love and light!
